CASTRO VALLEY, CA — The California Highway Patrol released an Ebony Alert on Thursday night for a missing teenage girl last seen in Castro Valley.
Djuana Williams, 13, was last seen on Thursday at about 4:05 p.m. in the area of Edwards Lane and Center Street.
Williams is Black, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 243 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt and brown furry slide sandals.
