San Leandro FH Daily Chevrolet was given the option to make things right and they chose to stand by their Service Advisors and did nothing for a Loyal Customer, are they cheating you as well? We have a Bumper to Bumper Vehicle Warranty and for the last 2 Service Events - the Advisors did not call the Warranty Company to get the Service Approved, they just took it upon themselves and overcharged my son.
On our own we sent in the Invoices to be reimbursed but the Warranty Company said they were only going to reimburse about a third of the invoice because the Service Advisors had never called and they added 4 to 6 more Hours of Labor and doubled the price of any parts used, as well as charging for G.O.G. of $700 - what is G.O.G. - Grease, Oil & Gas - $700 worth, come on.
My son turned in a 15% Discount on parts & labor, and they used it for Job #1 which was under warranty maintenance instead of Job #2, so no discount was given,

I brought this to the attention of the General Manager and asked that we be reimbursed and he told us he stood by his Advisors. His Advisors were charging my son $550 for Initial Evaluation and same Vehicle only charged me $275, I was told that should not have happened so watch that as well if you go here.
We asked them to make things right and either reimburse for the Invoices which reached almost $5,000 and this should not have happened since we had a Warranty, or to extend the Warranty for an additional 3 years. Again the General Manager said they were not going to do anything but if my son was interested in trading in his truck they MAYBE would be able to do something for him. So I am going to the BBB, Corporate Chevrolet and Social Media.
