Update: Free Fall-Prevention Program Starts Oct. 2 in San Leandro!

The program mixes game play with fall prevention education and exercises addressing range of motion, balance, muscle strength and endurance.

Sutter's Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley is partnering with Alameda Health System's Highland Hospital to offer a free program called Bingocize to help community members reduce their risk of fall-related injuries.

What is Bingocize?

Bingocize is an evidence-based fall prevention program designed to increase physical activity and help prevent falls by combining exercise and health education with the fun of bingo. Bingocize strategically intermixes game play with fall prevention education and exercises addressing range of motion, balance, muscle strength, and endurance.
