Free Heart, Health Screenings at Hayward Lucky's
On-site nurses will be providing the public free health and heart screenings.
Lucky Supermarkets has made a yearlong campaign to help women beat heart disease. On Thursday, Sept. 12 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Lucky’s Supermarket in Hayward, located on 22555 Mission Boulevard, will be hosting a free health screening to help people determine their risk of heart disease. Nurses will screen for body mass index, blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol. Everyone screened will also receive a bag of heart healthy samples.
