'Just Eviction' Ordinance To Be Heard By Supervisors

ALAMEDA COUNTY — A "just cause for eviction" ordinance and rental housing dispute resolution changes for unincorporated areas of Alameda County will be addressed at the Alameda County Board of Supervisors Meeting Tuesday.
A just cause eviction ordinance was voted down last year. It has been revamped and will be introduced Tuesday. Read the ordinance here.
The Board has a full agenda. Other items include:
- A public hearing on bond projects in Livermore
- An update on capital projects at Santa Rita Jail
- A proclamation on the conflict in Gaza
