Renovated Hotel Opens In Hayward

HAYWARD, CA —SureStay Plus Hotel Best Western Hayward announced last week that it had opened its doors after completing a $2 million renovation.

The hotel, located at 2460 Whipple Road, features 74 rooms and has added brand new furniture, beds and bedding, large flat screen, smart televisions, microwaves and mini refrigerators. The property also offers a guest laundry facility, business center, free hot breakfast and wireless internet, according to a press release.

According to the release, the hotel is located near entertainment options like: iFly Indoor Skydiving, 31310 Alvarado-Niles Rd. in Union City, Century Movie Theaters, 1069 B St., and Union Landing shopping mall, I-880 in Union City, the latter featuring over 70 stores and restaurants.

Popular dining option near the hotel are: Texas Roadhouse, 32115 Union Landing Blvd. in Union City and TGI Friday's, 31900 Dyer St. in Union City. There also is a Target across the street from the hotel.
