Alameda County Sheriff's deputies responded to the robbery, and recorded a similar description to the earlier robbery, Hayward police said.
The third robbery was just before 2 p.m. near the corner of Depot Road and Dodge Avenue.
Three suspects approached a woman who was also walking to Chabot College, police said. The teenage girl in that incident simulated a firearm and demanded valuables, police said. One of the men took the victim's property, including her car keys and left in the victim's car. The other man drove away in a Lincoln Navigator.
Officers looked for suspects in the area, and located both the third victim's car and a Lincoln Navigator traveling north on Interstate Highway 880 near West Winton Avenue.
Police said that the property stolen from the three victims was found with the three suspects.
Police arrested 18-year-old Brandon Halsell, of Hayward; 18-year-old Francisco Cervantes, of Hayward; and a 17-year-old girl who is also a Hayward resident.
The two men are in Hayward police custody while the female juvenile is being held at the Alameda County Juvenile Hall in San Leandro, according to police.
Police said they are coordinating with neighboring law enforcement agencies in case the suspects may have committed robberies in other jurisdictions.
