W Westwood Sells; Management to Remain the Same
Pebblebrook Hotel Trust acquires the W Hotel in Westwood.
The has been sold to Pebblebrook Hotel Trust for $125 million, the Washington Business Journal reported.
Management of the 258-room hotel under Starwood Hotels and Resorts will continue, according to a 4-Traders report.
