CONCORD, CA -- After receiving a phone tip from the victim, police in Concord managed to catch two people in the act of stealing a hydraulic trailer.
It all went down during the early morning hours of Saturday, March 11, when an alert Concord resident heard a hydraulic trailer being stolen from in front of their home. The resident called the Concord Police Department to report the theft as it was happening, and as officers were driving to the area, an officer spotted the trailer -- now attached to a truck -- driving down Clayton Road.
Officers were able to stop the driver and arrest Joseph Adamo, 56, and Connie Kelley, 49, (see above photos) for the theft.
