Arrests: 5400 blk Clayton Rd. Petty Theft w/Priors; Use/Under the Influence of Controlled Substance. A 45-year-old Concord male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (11/3/12 – 1924 hrs.)  

5900 blk Cardinet Dr. Warrant. A 65-year-old Lafayette male was arrested after officers served an arrest warrant. He was issued a new court date and released on his signed promise to appear. (11/5/12 – 0148 hrs.) 

6000 blk Main St. DUI; Public Intoxication; Probation Violation. A 25-year-old Concord male and a 25-year-old Pleasant Hill male were arrested after officers responded to a call for service. No further details at this time.  (11/8/12 – 0030 hrs.)
