Concord Residents Hosting Arts & Craft Fair
The family-friendly event will feature art, music, and food from local businesses.

The Dana Estates Neighborhood Alliance is hosting an arts and crafts fair in Concord, California this month.
The event will feature art-making stations, music, and food from stores in Dana Plaza.
Event organizer Karuna Koy said a goal of the event is to bring people to the plaza and give them a place where they can have fun with their families.
“Our organization is about keep people connected,” Koy said. This will be the first craft fair hosted by the neighborhood alliance. “We’re hoping to do it every year,” he said.
Art of many different kinds can made at the event including baby items, wood art, and holiday decorations.
“We will have one kids craft table and the kids will be provided with supplies,” Koy said.
“The kids will be able to make some masks, Halloween Reflector Necklaces (Cat, Ghost or Pumpkin) or a Candy Corn Magnet,” he said.
There will also be a cupcake booth.
The event is free and open to the public. It will take place from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, October 26 in Dana Plaza, which is located at 4115 Concord Blvd.
