CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA β A Contra Costa County resident claimed a $2-million lottery prize recently after purchasing a ticket at a Brentwood tobacco store, California Lottery officials said. Jose Meza, a longtime lottery player, bought a $20 Crossword Deluxe Scratchers ticket at The Smoke Stop at 50 Sand Creek Road and couldn't believe he won.
