Lottery To Be Held For Brand New, 4-Bedroom Home In Concord

CONCORD, CA — The City of Concord is proud to announce a new Below-Market Rate Homeownership (BMR) opportunity located within the Bancroft Grove subdivision at 1881 Whitman Road. This newly constructed four-bedroom home is available to households earning 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) or below. The sales price of the home is $360,000.

The new home is a single-level, four-bedroom, 1,266-square-foot home, with an attached 456-square-foot, two-car garage and a solar panel system.

A buyer will be selected through a lottery process. An information workshop will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 6 p.m., and applications are due by Friday, Dec. 15. The lottery will be held on Thursday, Dec. 21.
