EAST BAY, CA -- A Pittsburg man who was arrested and released weeks ago in connection with the December theft of jewelry at a department store in Concord, has been re-arrested, this time after turning himself in. The jewelry, however, is still missing.

After police posted store surveillance photos of the suspect on their Facebook page, several people contacted authorities following the burglary identifying Davis as the suspect.
