Culver City Police Launch New Anonymous Survey Platform

A new text-based survey will let residents share anonymous feedback about police interactions.

CULVER CITY, CA — The Culver City Police Department on Friday will launch a new platform to collect anonymous feedback from residents about their interactions with police officers.

The department will use the My90 platform to collect anonymous feedback through a survey sent to residents via text message following interactions with department personnel. The surveys will help officials gather insights about professionalism, communication, fairness, and overall satisfaction, without collecting any personal or incident-specific data, the department said in a release.

“My90 enables us to connect with our community in a meaningful way,” said Chief Jason Sims. “By listening and learning from community feedback, we can improve outcomes, strengthen relationships, and continue enhancing how we serve in ways that reflect the needs and values of the people we protect.”
