Culver Villas Update

The Culver Villas on-line application process  took place on July 12, 13, and 15.  

A total of 1,448 applications were submitted over the three day period for the 12 available affordable units at 4043 Irving Pl.  Approximately 100 residents used the computers made available at City Hall for those with no access to the online application. 

Housing and the Culver Villas Leasing agent will work over the next two weeks to notify the first 40 applicants and start the certification process.  

The goal is to have them leased by Sep. 1. The project is approximately 72 percent complete and on budget. The entire project is expected to be completed sometime in August.
