Full Time Culinary School Opens in Culver City

The New School of Cooking at 8690 Washington Blvd. in the Culver City Arts District will soon be offering two full-time professional programs: Advanced Professional Culinary Arts and Advanced Professional Culinary Pastry Arts.

While the school has been offering recreational and part time classes for several years,  this is its first foray into full time courses.

In anticipation of the opening of these courses the school has been hosting some open houses all month. The last one will take place this Monday, July 29.

The Los Angeles Times reports that owner  Chris Becker will only admit 16 students to the courses.
