Call For Artists To Craft Fiberglass Dog For Future Art Exhibits

The town of Danville is looking for 15 artists. Artists who are selected to work on the project will receive a $500 stipend.

DANVILLE, CA — The town of Danville is asking for 15 artists who can help artistically craft a life-sized fiberglass dog on to a painting canvas. Artists have until Feb. 19 to apply for the art exhibition that will run at the town's Village Theatre Art Gallery from May 9-Sept. 19.

The paintings will be sold at a reception and auction for the gallery on the evening of Sept. 19. Artists who are selected to work on the project will receive a $500 stipend.
