Danville Water Features to Remain Off For The Season
The Town of Danville announced Friday that water features will remain off until the governor lifts drought water restrictions.

DANVILLE, CA- In what some readers believed to be an April Fool’s Day joke, the Town of Danville announced on April 1 that the Danville water features will, in fact, remain turned off for the season due to drought restrictions.
“We’re sorry to announce that due to State and EBMUD drought restrictions, we will not be able to turn on Danville water features this season,” tweeted the Town of Danville Friday afternoon.
Danville Parks and Recreation department officials confirmed that the water features will remain off until the governor lifts drought restrictions for the state.
