The Town of Danville encourages citizens to participate in public meetings. Members of the public can watch or listen to meetings via the web-video communication platform Zoom. When the agenda item is opened to public comment, click on the Raise Your Hand option in Zoom. Your name will be announced and you will have up to 3 minutes to share your comments.Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the City Clerk prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to the members in advance of the meeting.
