• Dublin Students Organize International Rubik's Cube Competition At Dublin High School (patch.com) — Dublin High School students turned their passion for speedcubing into the Dublin California Open 2025, an international Rubik’s Cube competition held on campus. The event drew top cubers and saw a national Pyraminx record set in under a second, highlighting Dublin as a hub for youth-led innovation and community-building.
   

• San Pablo to Get Grant to Fight Underage Drinking (ccpulse.org) — Dublin’s police department will receive up to $30,000 in state funding to crack down on underage drinking and related alcohol harms locally. The grant, part of a larger statewide program, will support decoy operations, fake ID enforcement, alcohol delivery compliance checks, and extra holiday enforcement through September 2026.
   

• Emeryville's Pavement Conditions Among Tops For Alameda County Cities According to Latest MTC Report (evilleeye.com subscription) — Dublin’s streets rank among the best maintained in Alameda County, tying Emeryville with a strong 2024 pavement condition score of 78 in the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s latest report. The analysis compares cities across the Bay Area, highlighting how consistent investment keeps Dublin and a handful of neighbors in the “good” tier while many communities struggle with aging, pothole-prone roads.
