Two Four-Story Hotels, Restaurants, Retail Proposed In Dublin
The city is hosting two community meetings to discuss a proposal for 2 four-story hotels, a restaurant and retail building, and more.

DUBLIN, CA — The city of Dublin is hosting two community meetings to discuss a proposed development for a hotel, restaurants, and retail at a 5.75-acre property at 3800 Kaiser Road.
Owner Venkata Mannava is proposing building two four-story hotels with 114 and 124 rooms, a 10,178-square-foot restaurant and retail building, 310 parking stalls, and related site improvements.
Staff will conduct meetings providing a short presentation about the project on Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 6 p.m. and Thursday, Sept. 25 at 7 p.m. on Zoom (passcode a38PGi7b). The meetings will contain the same information, so attendance at both meetings is not necessary.
