Meet A Future Leader In Elk Grove: Hayden Liu

The future of Elk Grove is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Hayden Liu, who are making a positive impact in and around Elk Grove.

Hayden, a graduate of Cosumnes Oaks High School and former president of the Cosumnes Oaks’ Key Club, has made a significant impact on the broader Elk Grove community. During Hayden’s presidency, the Key Club engaged in various service-focused events and activities. The Key Club raised donations for the Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha’s pediatric trauma program, which strove to decrease the impact of trauma on children. The Key Club also supported initiatives like Youth Education Support, which provides financial support to the children of the Cal-Nev-Ha Children’s Fund.

“Giving back to the community is extremely important to express gratitude and spread the support, awareness and love,” said Hayden.

Hayden has also been involved in a range of other organizations, including the National Honors Society, Medical Careers Pathway, California Scholarship Federation, Red Cross and UNICEF. Her journey now continues at the University of Berkley, where she is studying economics and data Science.
