All Aboard The 'Haunted Train' At Ardenwood
The frightfully fun nighttime train rides start this Friday.
FREMONT, CA — If you are seeking more Halloween thrills in Fremont, Ardenwood’s nighttime 'Haunted Train' ride through Ardenwood’s haunted forest begins this Friday. This is the first time the train ride has returned since COVID.
According to the East Bay Regional Park District, the ride is spooky but not scary, and is designed especially for children under 12 and those young at heart.
The train will run Fridays and Saturdays from 7 to 9:30 p.m. and Sundays from 7 to 9 p.m. through Halloween.

'Haunted Train' is operated by the Railroad Museum at Ardenwood.
