Update: Fire at Fremont Bank Causes $300,000 Worth of Damage
No injuries were reported.

A two-alarm fire broke out on the second floor of a Fremont bank Friday night, a Fremont fire battalion chief said.
The fire was reported at 10:50 p.m. at the California Bank and Trust at 39315 Fremont Blvd., Battalion Chief Rich Dickinson said.

Firefighters arrived and found that the fire was burning on the second floor and through the roof.
The fire was under control at around 11:20 p.m., according to Dickinson.

No one was injured and the building was unoccupied.
The blaze caused approximately $300,000 in total damage, Dickinson said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, Dickinson said.
