Fremont Man Who Fatally Stabbed Suspected Neo-Nazi Associate Takes Plea Deal: Report
Prosecutors dropped the murder charge against the Fremont man as part of a plea deal, according to a report by The Mercury News.
FREMONT, CA — A Fremont man has been sentenced to 12 years in state prison in connection with the slaying of a suspected Neo-Nazi associate during a confrontation in the East Bay nearly two years ago, according to a report by The Mercury News.
As part of a plea deal with county prosecutors, Eddie Moses, 42, pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter for the fatal stabbing of Mario Molinari near a gas station on Paseo Padre Parkway on Feb. 16, 2023, according to the report.
Molinari, who was wanted by police at the time of his death due to a violent criminal history and association with the Aryan Brotherhood, has slashed Moses' throat with a knife, according to the report.

Moses then chased Molinari down, hit him with a huge rock and then continuously stabbed him until bystanders stepped in, according to the report.
