Kite Festival Comes to Tri-Cities in May
The event will take place at Central Park in Fremont

Calling all kite flyers! The annual Kids ‘n Kites Festival is right around the corner.
Join the City’s Recreation Services Division on Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a fun-filled day.

The festival, co-sponsored by Dale Hardware and Washington Township Medical Foundation, is located within Central Park next to Aqua Adventure Waterpark.
The festival is free to the public, and includes free kites to the first 3,000 children in attendance.

There will be live entertainment on the main stage, interactive booths highlighting summer activities, a play area for the kids, food, and much more. The festival has something fun for everyone!
While you’re there, learn about programs offered through the City of Fremont as well as other community groups.
The event is centrally located alongside the brand new Sabercat Playground. Take in all that Central Park has to offer—the festival, Aqua Adventure Waterpark, Sabercat Playground, and Lake Elizabeth.
