Man Arrested on Suspicion of Indecent Exposure at Two Fremont Businesses

Michael Marinace, 53, was arrested and booked into county jail.

FREMONT, CA — A suspect was arrested for exposing himself at two Fremont businesses Tuesday afternoon, police said.

Employees of a business at Paseo Padre Parkway and Mowry Avenue called police at 12:14 p.m. to say allegedly a man just exposed himself to patients and staff.

The caller gave a description of the suspect and officers responded as the suspect went into a business next door, according to police. A short time later another person called to say a man exposed himself to them in the 2200 block of Mowry Avenue. The two incidents occurred about a block from each other, police said.

Officers again responded and arrested 53-year-old Michael Marinace. Police said witnesses identified Marinace as the suspect. Officers booked Marinace into the county jail.
