Proposed Increase in Water Related Rates and Upcoming Meetings

Learn about the proposed increase in water related rates at upcoming meetings in advance of February public hearing

Following a review of its finances at a series of public workshops in 2024, the Alameda County Water District proposes a rate increase of 4% to the service charge and commodity charges for each of the next two years effective March 1, 2025, and March 1, 2026.

The content of the two presentations will be the same. The meetings are in advance of a public hearing on February 13, 2025.
