Sprouts & Shutters: Niles Ice Cream Shoppe Still Working on Opening
The eatery will be located at 37692 Niles Boulevard
The hope for sweets and eats to take over a corner shop in Niles is still alive.
A "Coming Soon" sign for the upcoming Niles Ice Cream Shoppe remains on the front window of a vacant building at 37692 Niles Blvd.
While the space has been in the works for several months, Niles Main Street Association Board President Doug Avery told Patch that the owners of the ice creamery have resumed construction to get the eatery ready for an opening.

"They recently restarted the work and we're hopeful of completion," Avery wrote.
