A 12-year-old student who reportedly tried to sell marijuana during class at this Thursday–and the student who tried to buy it–ended up on the most recent press report from the Gilroy Police Department instead, according to this week's report. Police arrested the duo on sale and possession charges for marijuana, according to police spokesman Chad Gallacinao. This is one of the crimes listed in the most recent  press report.
