GILROY, CA — An earthquake struck near GIlroy Wednesday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. At about 5:30 a.m., a magnitude 2.5 earthquake was reported about 2 miles southwest of Gilroy, USGS officials said.
There have been no reports of aftershocks at this time.
