Gilroy, Morgan Hill Garage Sales Set For Next 2 Weekends

GILROY, CA — One person's junk is another one's treasure. That would sum up most garage sales, and Gilroy's and Morgan Hill's annual city-wide event staged over the next two weekends is sure to be no exception.

This is one way to reduce waste found at the landfill, have the joy of sharing your goods with others and do your part to recycle, the city Environmental Services department contends.

Participants in the Morgan Hill and San Martin area still have time to sign up to show their wares as the deadline to apply is Sept. 11 at the city website.
