MORGAN HILL, CA -- Police seek the public's help in finding a suspect wanted in connection with a sexual assault allegation of a minor under the age of 14 reported in November. A felony warrant has been issues for Arturo Rosas Padilla, 57, of Morgan Hill. He is known to frequent his hometown, in addition to San Jose and Fremont. The case has resulted in the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office filing six counts of sexual assault on Padilla. Morgan Hill police officers have made several attempts to locate the man.
