A Powerball ticket purchased in San Jose over the weekend matched five numbers in Saturday's draw but missed the Powerball number.
The consolation prize isn't too bad — $2.3 million.
The ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven at 2440 Almaden Expressway.
A second ticket with the same matching numbers was sold in Taft, in Kern County, also at a 7-Eleven.
The jackpot is now up to $590 million.
