South Bay Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual Relationship with Child
BREAKING: Francis Caceres was a counselor for a youth home, where he knew the alleged victim.

SOUTH BAY, CA -- A youth counselor who lives in Mountain View has been arrested after allegedly having a sexual relationship with an underage girl staying at a youth home where he worked, San Mateo County sheriff's officials said Jan. 19.
Sheriff's deputies said they were notified late last month by Child Protective Services of an inappropriate relationship between Francis Caceres, 28, of Mountain View, and a 15-year-old girl staying at Your House South, a youth home in Redwood City.
Caceres allegedly met the victim in July and investigators found evidence of a sexual relationship outside of the home. He was fired from the job prior to the start of the investigation.
