Third Handyman Kidnapping Suspect Arrested
Richard Rodriguez, Jr. turned himself into police.
Police in the Morgan Hill handyman kidnapping case late Wednesday night, announcing they had "so solid information of his whereabouts."
Turns out he was already right where he needed to be — in jail.
Rodriguez turned himself in to the Alameda Police Department shortly after 5 p.m., according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office.
