2 Held for Alleged Public Drunkenness
Healdsburg Police make arrests over the weekend at laundromat and 101 underpass.
Two men were arrested in separate incidents involving alleged public drunkenness over the weekend in Healdsburg.
Joshua Michael Regnier, 22, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at 2:55 p.m. Saturday, police said.
Healdsburg police said they found Regnier passed out at an encampment by the northbound on-ramp of Highway 101, in front of a "small bonfire," according to the police report.

He was held until sober and released with a citation to appear in Sonoma County Superior Court.
Police also arrested Armando Torreslope, 43, of Healdsburg on suspicion of public intoxication at 5:03 p.m. Saturday. Police said they found Torreslope at the U-Save Wash and Dry on Terrace Boulevard.

Police said he was "very intoxicated" and "couldn't stand up." A witness also told police Torreslope had urinated on himself, according to the police report.
He was held by police until sober and released with a citation to appear in Sonoma County Superior Court.
