Accusations Lessened Against Carrillo
Allegations reduced, could be dropped, newspaper says.
As reported last week in Healdsburg Patch, battery charges were pending against Sonoma County during a Labor Day brawl in San Diego.
Carrillo said in a news release that he was defending some female friends against "rowdies" who were harrassing them.

Now, according to the Press Democrat, San Diego authoriities have said they will not press felony charges and have downgraded pending allegations to a misdemeanor. The newspaper also reports that the charges could be dropped altogether.
