While around a dozen homes near the power plant were evacuated due to the fire, those orders have since been lifted, officials said.

Fire officials have said efforts to fight the fire have been hindered by low humidity, gusty winds and the sparsely populated area's steep terrain and abundance of brush, dry grass and timber.
