Santa Rosa Bank Robbed By Bearded Suspect

SONOMA COUNTY, CA — The Sonoma County Alliance has offered a reward up to $2,500 for information about a bank robbery Monday in Santa Rosa. The male suspect robbed the Exchange Bank at 2201 Mendocino Ave. around 3:30 p.m. and left with cash in a newer black sedan, Santa Rosa police said.

The robber did not show a weapon and no one was injured.

The robber was in his 20s with long hair, a beard and mustache. He was wearing a dark-colored jacket over a dark-colored sweatshirt and a baseball hat. Police posted a bank camera photo of the suspect on a Nixle alert.

The reward from the Sonoma County Alliance is for the arrest and conviction of the robbery suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call Santa Rosa police at 707-543-3590.
