Suspected Cocaine Dealer Arrested By Santa Rosa, Healdsburg Police
Detectives searched the suspected dealer's car and residence and found guns, suspected cocaine, digital scales, plastic baggies and cash.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A suspected cocaine dealer was arrested in October by detectives with the Santa Rosa and Healdsburg police departments.
The Santa Rosa Police Department's Narcotics Team started investigating Luis Felipe Esquivel-Quintero, 28, of Santa Rosa, in September on suspicion of dealing cocaine in Santa Rosa and its surrounding areas.
Detectives with SRPD's Narcotics Unit, Gangs Crimes Team, the Healdsburg Police Department and officers from the SRPD's Special Enforcement Team served a warrant Oct. 16 on Esquivel-Quintero in his car in the 200 block of West College Avenue.

Per the warrant, his car was searched. Detectives found a loaded stolen Smith & Wesson semi-automatic handgun and approximately one ounce of suspected cocaine packaged for sale, Santa Rosa police Sgt. Kevin Naugle said.
Detectives and officers then responded to the 1300 block of West College Avenue to serve a second search warrant. They found two more ounces of suspected cocaine, several digital scales, hundreds of small plastic baggies, 9mm ammunition and approximately $3,700 in U.S. currency, Naugle said.

Esquivel-Quintero was booked into Sonoma County jail on suspicion of several charges, including possession of a narcotic for sale, transportation of a narcotic for sale, armed while dealing, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a loaded stolen firearm, possession of a concealed firearm in a vehicle and possession of stolen property.
