When Co-Oishi opens its doors in the fall, the space will include a 30-foot long sushi bar, shabu shabu cooking tables and hibachi grill.
Owners Charlie and Nat Sukitjavanich have tapped Spacecraft Group to design the 5,600-square-foot restaurant.
