Double the Fun - Four Hands Piano Concert Comes to Dana Point
A Four Hands Piano Concert featuring Stephanie Trick and Paolo Alderighi comes to Gloria Dei Church, Dana Point January 4th at 5 PM
Stephanie Trick and Paolo Alderighi have earned widespread success with their unique arrangements on the stride piano, performing four-handed renditions that run the gamut from classical to ragtime, swing and boogie woogie traditions.
The piano duo met at a piano festival in Switzerland in 2008 and have collaborated ever since, with seven albums to their credit. Ms. Trick, a leading proponent of stride piano, and Alderighi, one of Italy’s foremost jazz pianists, lecture at schools and universities and perform at concert venues around the world, delighting crowds with the unique sound of two accomplished pianists performing on a single stride piano. Gloria Dei Lutheran Church is pleased to host the dynamic duo performing “Broadway and More” on Sunday, January 4th from 5 to 6:30 PM at its campus located at 33501 Stonehill Drive, Dana Point, CA 92629. Doors open at 4:30 PM. Admission and parking are free of charge and open to people of all ages. Reservations are appreciated via tickets available at Eventbrite.
