4 RivCo Shoplifters Caught With Stolen Goods Amid Retail Theft Opps
Four arrests were made by the RivCo Sheriff's Department's Perris Station Burglary Robbery Suppression Teams and special enforcement teams.

PERRIS, CA — Four alleged shoplifters are behind bars after a Tuesday Burglary Robbery suppression operation, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department shared.
This week, officers focused on a retail shopping center located in the 3100 block of Case Road in Perris, according to the department. Within that retail outlet are Perris' high-traffic stores, including Home Depot, WinCo Foods, Buddiez Smoke and Vape, and others.
"During the operation, several individuals stole merchandise and were arrested without incident," Sgt. David Ruiz said. Among those arrested incldue:

- 26-year-old Julio Arjona, a resident of Perris, was arrested for theft and theft with prior convictions, and held on $2,500 bail.
- 41-year-old Juan Rodriguez-Gonzalez, a resident of Menifee, was arrested for theft.
- 60-year-old Gregory Howard, a resident of Riverside, was arrested for theft and theft with prior convictions. No bail was set, per jail records.
- 23-year-old Alexi Arcila-Castillo of Perris was arrested for theft and violating probation, and held on $100,000 bail.
All suspects were booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center, held at the Southwest Detention Center, and were awaiting future court dates at the Riverside Hall of Justice.
