Brush Fire Burns In Jurupa Valley
The blaze was reported at 12:54 p.m. Thursday near Limonite Avenue and Beach Street.

JURUPA VALLEY, CA — A brush fire scorched more than 33 acres Thursday in Jurupa Valley before crews stopped it.
The blaze, reported at 12:54 p.m. near Limonite Avenue and Beach Street, burned 33.8 acres in heavy vegetation, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department mapping.
Additional resources responded to the blaze, dubbed the Beach Fire, and shortly before 3 p.m. the fire department reported that crews would remain at the scene for several hours to mop up.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
