NORCO, CA — Riverside County drivers heading through Norco should be advised: the sheriff's department Norco office is planning a Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs overall safety operation within Norco's city limits on Friday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday morning.

"The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office reminds the public that impaired driving is not just from alcohol," they said in a recent release.

While some prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs may interfere with driving, always follow directions for use and read warning labels about driving, Sgt. Andrew Sullivan advised.
