Lake Elsinore Wins Award For Economic Development Website

City officials hope the website will help tell Lake Elsinore's story "with creativity, clarity and impact."

LAKE ELSINORE, CA The city of Lake Elsinore has received a prestigious award from the American Advertising Federation for its newly launched Economic Development website, city officials announced.

The Gold ADDY Award is the highest honor in its category and was presented during the regional AAF Awards Ceremony, which recognizes excellence in advertising and marketing across Southern California, according to a news release from the city.

The website's home page displays sweeping views of the city and stats about population growth, retail demand and more.

“We are absolutely thrilled to receive this recognition,” said Natasha Johnson, councilmember and member of the city's Economic Development subcommittee. “This award validates our mission to tell Lake Elsinore’s story with creativity, clarity and impact."

Lake Elsinore’s site was recognized for its design, user-friendly navigation and messaging that highlights the city’s growth and business climate.

Created in partnership with Searle Creative, the site was designed to serve developers, investors and business owners with resources and information to engage with the city. It features dedicated sections for business owners and residents alike.

City officials said the project is part of the City Council’s Strategic Plan 2040 and plays a key role in efforts to attract investment and promote Lake Elsinore as a business destination.

The ADDY Awards receive over 30,000 entries each year nationwide and are among the most competitive honors in the advertising industry.
