Man, Woman Hospitalized After Single-Vehicle Crash In Menifee
The man suffered major injuries and was listed in critical condition, while the woman suffered moderate injuries, police said.
MENIFEE, CA — A 21-year-old man and 20-year-old woman were hospitalized Saturday after a single-vehicle crash in Menifee, the Menifee Police Department announced.
The crash was reported around 2:50 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Newport Road and Lone Pine Drive.
Authorities said the man was driving a Ford Focus eastbound on Newport when it veered to the right and struck a wall near the intersection.

The man suffered major injuries and was listed in critical condition, while the woman suffered moderate injuries and was listed in stable condition, according to police.
Investigators said they believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
