LIVERMORE, CA — The Livermore Police Department launched a new website, which is a part of the larger Livermore city website.

Livermore police staff evaluated pages with high visitor traffic, reviewed other department websites, and worked with city staff to develop content for the new subsite, the department said.

The new site, police.livermoreca.gov, is visually appealing and easy to navigate. It features spotlights of officers and staff, a section for prospective new hires, and a section with information on crime prevention, permits, the special needs registry, and more.

“Our priority is to ensure the department’s services are accessible to the public,” Livermore Police Chief Jeramy Young said in a statement. “Our new subsite reinforces the department’s commitment to transparency and accountability.”
